Special adoption considerations: Sugar is a shy girl and needs to go to a home with another dog to show her the ropes! 

Meet adorable Sugar! Sugar is a gorgeous 1 year old lab mix weighing in at 35 lbs who cannot WAIT to meet you! 

Sugar is a young energetic girl who will require PLENTY of exercise and cannot wait to grow and learn with you DC! She has no idea how she ended up in a scary shelter but she's dreaming of long walks and trips to the dog park in the future. She'd love to play with new toys, explore the neighborhood and even go to obedience classes to show off just how smart she is! She's counting down the minutes until she can meet your friends, go on trips, and cuddle up with you on the couch after a long day. 

Sugar is great with other dogs so she’d be an awesome addition to an existing pack - in fact she's a bit shy and would love to learn how to be a confident girl with a future canine sibling! As she is still young - she has a lot of energy and would do best in a home with no cats and with older or dog savvy children!

Like most shelter dogs, Sugar may need a refresher on housetraining. She is likely crate trained.
