Hi everybody my name is Champ!  I am a sweet loving terrier mix in search of my fur-ever family.   I am approximately 8 – 9 months old and weight about 21 lbs. 

I don’t know how I ended up in a cold scary shelter, but I am dreaming of long walks, trips to the dog parks and maybe even doggy daycare, and of course, cuddling up with you on the couch.  I am a young energetic pup and can’t wait to learn new ticks and become the smartest pup on the block.

Champ is very kind, energetic and affectionate toward everyone he meets!  We haven’t had a chance to see how he interacts with kids or cats yet, so if you have them just let us know, and we’ll do our best to find out!  

Like most shelter dogs, Champ may need a refresher on housetraining. He is likely crate trained.  He will also need to go to obedience school to get lots of treats for doing good things like sitting and growing into a confident well-socialized dog!
