LITTLE BONE NEEDS A FOSTER OR A FOREVER HOME!!!!

Approximate Age:  9 weeks   SEX: male

Approximate Weight: 8.6lb as of 1/16/17

Has Lived With:   other dogs

Currently Living at: DC foster

Special adoption considerations:  Young puppy, frequent potty breaks and socialization needed, commitment to neuter by 6 months.

Little Bone is a super sweet little puppy boy who is very excited about finding his forever family! Little Bone loves  dogs,  but has not been tested around cats or kids yet. If you have either, let us know and we can find out more! Little Bone is a gentle little soul who loves to play, nap and is an amazing cuddler! As he grows he will need longer walks and lots of puppy training and socialization to help him grow into a confident young man! 

Due to a puppy's need for attention and frequent bathroom excursions, we do not adopt dogs under 5 months of age to homes where no one is home during the day. This means no 9-5ers, unless you commit to hiring a dog walker to come multiple times a day.

Little Bone has had all of his vaccines but his immune system will not be fully vaccinated until 1/20/17.   Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, he is at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.   

Due to his young age, Little Bone has not yet been neutered.  As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the  adopter , to ensure that this is done no later than 5/1/17. We will require proof of neuter.

Like most puppies, Little Bone will need to work on his housetraining. He will also need to go to obedience school so he can grow into a well-socialized dog!
