COCO NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name: Coco   Breed: Lab/Terrier Mix  

Approximate Age: 3 years old     SEX: female

Approximate Weight: 40 lbs. 

Has Lived With: other dogs

Currently Living at: DC area foster home.

Special Adoption Considerations: Coco is a high-energy gal and would do best in a home without young kids.

Coco is a spunky 3 year old Lab/Terrier mix. She weighs about 40 lbs and, because of her age, is done growing.We don't know how this sweet girl ended up in a shelter but it hasn't dampened her spirits one bit and she can't wait to meet her forever family!

Coco will need exercise and playtime each day to be a happy and healthy pup. She would love to go on long walks and regular trips to the dog park. After she's tuckered out, Coco loves curling up for a nice nap and belly rub. She can't wait to go to obedience training with her new family so that she can bond with her people and become her very best self! She loves to play with her foster brothers and sisters and she shares her crate, her food and toys nicely. 

Coco is good with other dogs so she'd be a great addition to an existing pack or happy to soak up all the attention as an only dog. The nice folks at Lucky Dog don't know how Coco is with cats but if you're interested, let us know and we can try to find out!

Like most shelter dogs, Coco may need a refresher on housetraining. She is likely crate trained.
