Special adoption considerations:  Young wiggly pup who will need LOTS of structure, exercise, frequent potty breaks, and socialization. 

Meet Scooter ! Scooter  is an adorable 6 month old, 30 lb, shepherd/heeler puppy who can't WAIT to continue to grow and learn with you!

Scooter  is a sweet, funny boy in search of his forever family. He doesn't know how he ended up in a scary shelter but he's dreaming of long walks, trips to the park and cuddling up with you on the couch after work. He is a young, energetic pup and can't wait to learn new tricks and become the smartest and friendliest guy on the block. 

Scooter  gets along well with other dogs - so he’d be a great addition to an existing pack or happy to soak up all the attention as an only dog! We haven’t had a chance to see him interact with kids or cats yet, so if you have them just let us know, and we’ll do our best to find out! 

Like most puppies, Scooter  will need to work on his housetraining. Scooter  will also need to go to obedience school so he can grow into a well-socialized dog!
