Hi, Y'all! I'm Lola! I'm a 3-4 year old, 50-pound Chesapeake Bay Retriever mix, and now that my puppies have all found their forever homes, it's now MY turn, and happily, I JUST arrived in the DC area!

Raising little ones was tiring, so I sure am looking forward to a nice, comfy bed of my own to relax in. Or, I may just decide I like your couch or bed much better, and I hope you won't mind if I just hop up there for a snooze every now and then. On the other hand, I can be very active, too, and am looking forward to long walks around your neighborhood or maybe some hiking, trips to the dog park--oooh! It all sounds so nice to me!

I don't know if I get along with cats, yet, but we can definitely find that out if you have them! Also, I sure can't wait for you to sign me up for some obedience classes. I can't wait to learn all my manners and show you what a polite lady I can be.

Like most shelter dogs, Lola may need a refresher on housetraining. She is likely crate trained.
