Best Guess for Age: 4 months as of 4/23/17    SEX: male

Approximate Weight: 20 lbs as of 3/21/17 

Has Lived With: other dogs

Currently Living at: A DC area boarding facility - looking for a foster home!

Special adoption considerations: Young puppy, frequent potty breaks and socialization needed, commitment to neuter by 6 months, additional vaccinations needed.

FOSTER UPDATE: Oliver loves playing in the yard, munching on kongs with delicious treats, belly rubs, sleeping in awkward positions & showing off for potential adopters! He is eager to learn so much more & to shower you with love! 

Meet Oliver! This adorable 4 month old boy is as cute as can be, and at about 20 pounds he is very kind, energetic and affectionate toward everyone he meets! Although Oliver gets along well with dogs, we haven't had a chance to see him interact with cats yet. If you have them, let us know, and we'll find out more.

Oliver has a playful, active and curious personality and will need mental and physical stimulation on a daily basis.

Oliver is still a puppy, and he will need a committed owner to provide training and exercise to be a well-behaved dog.

Oliver is not old enough to have had all of his vaccines.  It will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time.  Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, she is at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.

Due to his young age, Oliver has not yet been neutered.  As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that this is done no later than 6/7/17!

Like most puppies, Oliver will need to work on his housetraining. Oliver will also need to go to obedience school so he can grow into a well-socialized dog!
