Meet handsome boy Cooper! They don't get any sweeter than this baby! Cooper is a 4 year old, 15 pound dapple boy! Cooper came to us paralyzed. One of the best vets around did surgery, but unfortunately it was unsuccessful. Cooper is getting himself a nice custom set of wheels! Stay tuned to see him in his new wheels cruising around his foster home! Cooper is just one of the boys that LOVES everyone and is extremely friendly!
