My name is Parakeet which I was rightfully named as I like to cuddle up on your shoulder! Parakeet is living in a foster home in VA! Foster says, "Parakeet is aptly names because she perches on my shoulder whenever she can. If I bend over, she hops up on my back and hangs out on my shoulder or back of my neck, purring even when I walk around." Parakeet has three sisters and would love to go home with one of them if possible!
