Birdie is an affectionate cat who likes to cuddle with "his person". His former owner said his main interests were "Cuddling, sleeping, darting around". She was a teenager - she was not able to care for him because he is allergic to fleas and needs a good quality flea preventative - too expensive.  He has been OK with my cats and dogs, but he needs a slow introduction to other animals. Birdy was very scared when he was turned into animal control, and it took a while for him to be come my friend. When scared, he is aggressive and scary! But normally he is a love bug! I call him Birdy because he likes to rub me with his head, and he pecks sometimes with his mouth like a little bird.

All pets are spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and on a flea/tick preventative.  Cats are tested for FIV/FeLV and dogs are tested for heartworms. Adoption fee is $150 for cats and $200 for dogs.
