Meatball

What An Adorable and Sweet Pup!

MEATBALL NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name: Meatball Best Guess for Breed: Lab Mix

Best Guess for Age: 7 weeks as of 6/21/17   SEX: male

Approximate Weight: 5 pounds as of 6/21/17

Has Lived With: other dogs

Currently Living at: A scary shelter. Meatball can't wait to come to DC to meet his forever family!

Special adoption considerations: Young puppy, frequent potty breaks and socialization needed, commitment to neuter by 6 months.

Meet Meatball! This handsome 7 week old boy is as cute as can be, and at about 5 pounds he is very kind, energetic and affectionate toward everyone he meets! Although Meatball gets along well with dogs, we haven't had a chance to see him interact with cats or kids yet. If you have them, let us know, and we'll find out more.

Meatball has a playful, active and curious personality and will need mental and physical stimulation on a daily basis.

Meatball is still a puppy, and he will need a committed owner to provide training and exercise to be a well-behaved dog.

Meatball is not old enough to have had all of his vaccines. It will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time. Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, he is at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.

Due to his young age, Meatball has not yet been neutered.  As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that this is done no later than 11/1/17!

Like most puppies, Meatball will need to work on his house training. Meatball will also need to go to obedience school so he can grow into a well-socialized dog!

The adoption fee for this dog is $400, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter. If you are interested in adopting, please download our Adoption Questionnaire and email it to Emily Jagdmann at emilyj@luckydoganimalrescue.org!

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have for adoption. That said, we cannot make any guarantees about age, breed or temperament
