Woof!! Hero here, and I am a very handsome young man.  I am a shepherd mix weighing in at about 40 pounds and around a year old.  I am a very sweet boy and can't wait to find a family to call my own.  I promise to give them lots of kisses! 

Being young I will need a good amount of exercise.  I would love trips to the dog park or going on long walks and hikes. I might even try swimming if you take me!  I will look forward to cuddling with my new family as well!  I want to go to puppy school, since I hear I get a lot of treats there and I will need mental stimulation! 

Like most shelter dogs, Hero may need a refresher on house training. He is likely crate trained.
