Received Vaccinations: 8/17 and 9/1

Harper is a tiny lovebug who is looking for a home in the DC area. She is FELV/FIV negative and already has had two of her shots. Although Harper might take a little bit of time to warm up to new comers, she loves being petted, climbing, and playing with everything from toys to her sister's tail. When tired out from the tough life of playing, she loves cuddling up with her littermates and dreaming of her future forever home!
