Special adoption considerations: Barbee will need to be spayed by 12/1/17 and be given her rabies shot by 4 months as well as her 3rd and final puppy shot!

Barbee and her brother, Benjamin, found themselves in a high kill shelter in the pat of Hurricane Irma in South Carolina.  Talk about bad luck!  Well, it was bad until Lucky Dog found them and brought them to safety.  Now all we need is to find them a forever home!

Barbee is incredibly sweet and very curious.  She loves having her ears scratched and crashes after playing really hard.  She is pretty much a blank slate -- ready for any family to make her into a great dog with proper nutrition, exercise and training!

Barbee is not old enough to have had all of her vaccines.  It will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time.  Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, she is at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.   

Due to her young age, Barbee has not yet been spayed or neutered.  As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that this is done no later than 12/1/17.   

Like most puppies, Barbee will need to work on her housetraining. Barbee will also need to go to obedience school so she can grow into a well-socialized dog!
