Frazier came to Lucky Dog on 9/9 as part of an emergency evacuation from Jacksonville, Florida in advance of Hurricane Irma's arrival.  We are so grateful to all of the wonderful donors and volunteers who made this transport possible!  

Meet Frazier! This handsome boy is a 1 year old shepherd mix, weighing in at approximately 43 lbs. Frazier found himself at the shelter through no fault of his own and is looking for a forever family to give him the love and attention he deserves! Could it be yours?

Frazier is a lively and playful dog, so he’ll require an active family that will provide him with plenty of exercise and playtime! He will need both mental and physical stimulation on a daily basis to keep him happy and healthy.  He would love to go on long walks and hikes, and take trips to the dog park so he can socialize with his canine friends. And of course, upon returning home, he'd love to shower his new forever family with plenty of cuddles and kisses!

Frazier's DC foster reports that he's adapting well to his new environment, slowly coming out of his shell after his big hurricane adventure!  Frazier LOVES to play tug of war and fetch;  because he gets really excited sometimes, we think he'd do best in a home with children over 10.   

Frazier is also looking forward to attending obedience school to hone in his doggie manners and impress his new family.   Like most shelter dogs, Frazier may need a refresher on housetraining!
