Hello there! My name is Glenda and I am a 1 year-old, 20 pound Beagle mix. I am not sure how I ended up at the scary dog shelter but I do know that I am happy to be out of there and ready to find my forever home!

Even though I am obviously a natural beauty, I could sure use some TLC to get back to my most glamorous state -- maybe you can help? Lately I have been daydreaming about long walks on the beach, hiking in the woods, playing with squishy toys, and watching Netflix on the couch. I can promise lots of love in return if you'll be my new adventure buddy! 

I am currently living with a foster family and they are happy to report that I have been great with kids, friendly with their dog, and respectful when I met a cat! I love going on my walks and have been getting better by the day at walking on a leash. I am also doing great using a crate and even like to go and take a nap in it when I need a rest! 

Life has been a little scary and overwhelming lately but I want to be the best dog that I can and I've heard that obedience classes might help me gain confidence and give me a chance to show you how smart I am! 

Like most shelter dogs, Glenda may need a refresher on housetraining. She is likely crate trained.
