Approximate Weight: 40-45 lbs. 

Has Lived With:  other dogs

Currently Living at: A cold, scary shelter and need to jail break to a loving foster, or better yet, forever home. 

Stryker is an 8-10 month old, 40-45 pound Border Collie mix who is in desperate need of a loving family. He doesn't know why he ended up all alone in a shelter, but he definitely doesn't belong there!

Stryker has some striking looks with his gorgeous black coat and handsome face!  He would look great jogging along side you through the city, would love to join you on a weekend hike through the beautiful fall leaves, or maybe play in the yard with the kids. He gets along well with other dogs so he would fit in well with an existing pack, or could be an only child and soak up all the attention. 

Stryker is a youngster who will need A LOT of exercise to keep him happy and healthy. Once he is nice and tuckered out from all that action, he will surely love to curl up and enjoy quiet time! He would also greatly benefit from obedience school where he can master the techniques of being a good boy! Whatever your lifestyle, Stryker just wants to be a part of it! 

Like most shelter dogs, Stryker may need a refresher on housetraining. He is likely crate trained.
