Albie

Eight Week Old Silver Tabby

Albie NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name: Albie    Best Guess for Breed: DSH/Tabby

Best Guess for Age: 6 Weeks as of 10/7     SEX: Male

Approximate Weight: 1 lb 2 oz   Coloring: Silver blotched tabby and white

Has Lived With: Mom and siblings in foster care Type of Hair: Short and Fluffy

Currently Living at: Foster home in DC

Special adoption considerations: Albie will come to DC on 10/28 and at that time will have had at least two FVRCP shots and possibly a third if old enough at that time. He is FIV/ FELV  negative and will be microchipped. He will not have been neutered or have had his rabies shot yet and that will need to be provided by the adopter. Do note the first year of a kitty's life costs a bit more so do look into vet costs and be sure it is something you are comfortable with.

Albie is a sweet little boy who is energetic and ready for his forever home. His NC foster says, "Albie is all grey with white paws and loves to play with people. He loves being petted and will purr and rub himself against you looking for attention. He has a happy spirit and is a confident little guy." His mommy Azure was surrendered to the shelter already pregnant and the shelter took in the whole crew and have helped provide care for this family since then. Albie is living in a foster home nearby in NC and will come to DC on 10/28 once he is big enough to travel. The foster says for so young they are all very social. They have been handled a lot by their foster so that they get used to humans and enjoy being held. They are also still nursing but will be weaned off by the time they come up to DC. If you are ready to welcome a little baby kitty into your life reach out to Albie's adoption coordinator to start the adoption process!

The adoption fee for this cat is $150 ($275 for two cats or kittens adopted together), which includes the cost of routine vetting. If you are interested in adopting, please download our Adoption Questionnaire and email it to Kayla at KaylaH@luckydoganimalrescue.org!
