Has Lived With: Mom and siblings in foster care 

Type of Hair: Short and Fluffy

Currently Living at: Foster home in DC

Special adoption considerations: Ashby has had all three of his FVRCP shots. He is FIV/FELV negative and will be microchipped. He has not been neutered or had his rabies shot yet and that will need to be provided by the adopter. Do note the first year of a kitty's life costs a bit more so do look into vet costs and be sure it is something you are comfortable with.

Ashby is a sweet little boy who is energetic and ready for his forever home. The NC foster says, " Ashby's fur is shades of gray on gray and he loves to cuddle and will lay belly up in the palm of my hand and wait to be kissed all over and even lays his head back so you can get better access. He will go to sleep being kissed and wakes up as soon as you put him down." His mommy Azure was surrendered to the shelter already pregnant and the shelter took in the whole crew and helped provide care for this family. Ashby has been handled a lot by his foster so he gets used to humans and enjoys being held.
