Who can resist my smile? I'm so excited to be coming to DC to find a forever home! 

I am a lovable lab mix who adores people and other dogs, and can't wait to be part of a family. Here's a little more about me. I am about 1-2 years old old, which means I'm past my puppy stage, but still have plenty of energy and love to give!

I would definitely be happy to get some obedience training so I can learn and be able to bond with my people. And I would be the happiest with people that will give me lots of attention and exercise - by taking me on some really nice long walks and runs, or to dog parks where I can make some new friends. I'm not sure yet how cats or kids fit into my lifestyle, but I would be happy to find out for you, with the help of my friends at Lucky Dog. 

Like most shelter dogs, Stan may need a refresher on housetraining. He is likely crate trained.
