Hello, my name is Boris. I'm a 25-30 pound, male, lab/terrier mix and my brother, Bosco, and I are patiently waiting for our chance at a forever home. We feel like we've been waiting for so long, but we're willing to keep waiting until our forever family or person comes to get us. We won't give up hope.

I'm not sure how I ended up in the scary shelter, but I know I didn't like it. It's loud and noisy and there were lots of dogs a lot bigger than me. Sometimes they tried to boss me around and take my toys. Most of them were really nice though and some told me what a forever home is like.

They said that at a forever home you get your own toys and treats and you get to go on fun walks and maybe even puppy school or the dog park. It sounds like heaven to me! I can't wait to find my furever home.

Until that happens, I'm going to wait right here ... Hopefully I won't have to wait too much longer. Are you waiting for a special doggie like me? I hope so!

FOSTER UPDATE: Bosco is lovely! He is really smart and food motivated and learned sit very quickly so we think he would love obedience school. He seemed to get the hang of potty training pretty quickly as well. He was super friendly with other dogs and people we met. I cannot underscore this enough, he LOVES people. He shared kisses and affection with every stranger we encountered. 

Like most puppies, Boris will need to work on his housetraining. He will also need to go to obedience school so he can grow into a well-socialized dog!
