Hi, my name is Bunthey and I'm a 3-month-old, male, 12 pound (as of 11/14/17), lab mix looking for my very own forever home. I will be coming all the way from the streets of Nepal and I am really grateful that the nice people at Lucky Dog are giving me the chance to go to DC and find my special person or people. I am fun-loving and cuddly and ready to learn and grow into a well behaved pup!

Do you think you have some space in your home for a little bed, some fun toys, and maybe some yummy treats? I wouldn't take up too much room, although the people at the shelter say I might get a bit bigger. But I'll be very good, I promise. I wish I could go to obedience school so I could learn some real doggie manners. I would try so hard and I bet I could be the best in the class!

I love playing with other dogs! I'm also great with kids! I haven't met cats yet, but let me know if you have them and the folks at Lucky Dog can have me tested.

Bunthey is not old enough to have had all of his vaccines.  It will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time.  Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, he is at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.   

Due to his young age, Bunthey has not yet been spayed or neutered.  As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that this is done no later than 2/13/18.   

Like most puppies, Bunthey will need to work on his housetraining. Bunthey will also need to go to obedience school so he can grow into a well-socialized dog!
