Bruno is a survivor of Hurricane Maria and will be flying to D.C. from Puerto Rico the weekend of 11/17. Lucky Dog is looking for fosters to maximize the number of dogs we can save from the island.

Bruno is a sweet 3-year-old Lab/Shepherd mix. He weighs about 47.6 lbs and, because of his age, may fill out a bit but is otherwise done growing. We don't know how this sweet goof ended up in a shelter but it hasn't dampened his spirits one bit and he can't wait to meet his forever family!

Bruno will need plenty of exercise and playtime each day to be a happy and healthy pup. He would love to go on daily long walks, hikes and regular trips to the dog park. After he's tuckered out, Bruno loves cuddling up for a nice nap and belly rub. He can't wait to go to obedience training with his new family so that he can bond with his people and become his very best self!

Bruno is good with other dogs so he'd be a great addition to an existing pack or happy to soak up all the attention as an only dog. The nice folks at Lucky Dog don't know how Bruno is with young kids or cats but if you're interested, let us know and we can try to find out!

Like most shelter dogs, Bruno may need a refresher on housetraining. He is likely crate trained.
