Look at this little guy! Peter Pan is a lovable 4/5-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs around 14 pounds. We have no idea how such a sweet guy ended up in a cold, dark shelter, but that is no place for him! Peter Pan does well with other dogs. To our knowledge Peter Pan has not lived in a home with cats, but we can find out how well he does, if you'd like!

Peter Pan needs a home that will give him all the love and attention that he deserves. Peter Pan is a loyal, sweet dog who would love to find that perfect new mom or dad to call his own. This smart little man would love to bond with you during obedience class. Peter Pan wants nothing more than a lap to cuddle in, a dog bed to nap in, and a new forever family to take him on walks around the neighborhood! He would make a great little addition to any home. His small size also makes him great for an apartment.

So how about giving Peter Pan the loving home he deserves? All this loyal guy wants is a warm bed and a person to call his own. Oh, and treats would be nice, too!

Peter Pan has tested positive and been treated for Heartworm disease. Heartworm is not contagious to people or other pets, but results from mosquito bites.  Heartworm, if left untreated, is life threatening, but after treatment, dogs that were heartworm positive should suffer no significant long-term effects so long as they are kept on a monthly heartworm preventative.

The adoption fee for this dog is $450, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations, spay/neuter, and heartworm treatment. If you are interested in adopting, please download our Adoption Questionnaire and email it to Chanell Dunham at chanelld@luckydoganimalrescue.org!

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue does our best to provide accurate information about the dogs we have for adoption.  That said, we cannot make any guarantees about age, breed or temperament
