TOOTSIE NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name: Tootsie   Best Guess for Breed: Lab Mix 

Best Guess for Age: 3 years as of 2/5/18     SEX: female

Approximate Weight: 52 lbs.

Has Lived With: other dogs

Currently Living at: SHELTER. Tootsie is arriving in the area on February 10 and needs a foster home, or even better yet, a forever home! 

Tootsie is a beautiful 3 year old Lab mix. She weighs about 52 lbs and, because of her age, Is done growing. We don't know how this sweet girl ended up in a shelter but it hasn't dampened her spirits one bit and she can't wait to meet her forever family!

Tootsie will need plenty of exercise and playtime each day to be a happy and healthy pup. She would love to go on daily long walks, hikes and regular trips to the dog park. After she's tuckered out, Tootsie loves cuddling up for a nice nap and belly rub. She can't wait to go to obedience training with her new family so that she can bond with her people and become her very best self!

Tootsie is good with other dogs so she'd be a great addition to an existing pack or happy to soak up all of the attention as an only dog. The nice folks at Lucky Dog don't know how Tootsie is with young kids or cats but we can try to find out If you're interested.

Like most shelter dogs, Tootsie may need a refresher on housetraining. She is likely crate trained.
