Special adoption considerations: Angus only has one eye, the other needs to be stitched shut!

You may be asking, how a good lookin' guy like myself ended up in a shelter?  I am asking the exact same question....but stranger things have happened!  Speaking of Stranger Things - do you think maybe we could watch some netflix when I get to your house?  We could do that after a few walks/ jogs/dog park?  I have so many ideas for activities we could do together!  Maybe we could even go to school together, I think they call it obedience school?  That would be great! Then we could do all sort of great things together, once I have you trained (you are going to need it).

Like most shelter dogs, Angus may need a refresher on housetraining. He is likely crate trained.

Angus has tested positive for Heartworm disease.  Heartworm is not contagious to people or other pets, but results from mosquito bites.  Heartworm, if left untreated, is life threatening, but after treatment, dogs that were heartworm positive should suffer no significant long-term effects so long as they are kept on a monthly heartworm preventative.
