Meet Sally! Sally is a wonderful medium sized dog who has endured so much in her short life. She recently gave birth to a litter of puppies who also came into our care. Sally is ready to begin her life as a permanent member of a family and live the best life she possibly can!

Sally isn't a puppy but is still young and has lots of energy so she'll need plenty of exercise! She told us she wants to explore the world with hikes, walks around the neighborhood and lots of trips to the dogs park to see her friends. Sally would make a great addition to an existing pack but also wouldn't mind soaking up ALL your love for herself! Sally pulls on the leash and doesn't know many commands but is as sweet as can be! She is ready for obedience school and for her forever home!

Her dog walker says:

"Sally is a hyper delight that seems to keep going.  She reminds me of the Energizer bunny!  She is super cute, super friendly, and super curious.  She wanted to meet every dog on the way, smell everything, and get pets from everyone we passed on the streets.  She seemed to really like the kids we encountered on the walk, and she is a curious one.  She definitely wants a home of her own, and I'm only saying this because she seemed to want to go up steps to everyone's door on the way -- I wish I could have let her!  She does pull on the leash quite a bit, but she is easily manageable.  She is a gentle girl.

Sally does seem to have a prey drive so probably no cat siblings!

Like most shelter dogs, Sally may need a refresher on housetraining. She is likely crate trained.

The adoption fee for this dog is $350, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
