Peanut

Peanut is a 12 year old 14 pound male.

Good with other dogs and all people.

Really good boy.

From Peanut:

My middle name should be Butter; I stick to you like that fine confection does to mouth roofs! I’m friendly to all, but will pick one human in the house to traipse after, recline near, climb upon, sleep with--and I won’t let you out of my sight. I’m always up for a cuddle or a pet, and I crave attention. Kisses are my thing, and I will be happy to lick your legs and feet dry after your shower. I’m a good walker (neither dawdling nor pulling) and am well housetrained. I always clean my plate/bowl, but I’m not particularly food aggressive. When it comes to toys, I’ll pick up one on occasion just to show you that it is MINE. I have no interest in playing fetch or in sharing. At least once a day I will engage in a good back-scratching roll on the carpet while I groan and grunt in delight. My foster mama gets a real kick out of that. I enjoy my outdoor time and will amuse myself for quite a while with the thrill of a good lizard hunt.  I’m enthusiastic about car rides, but I’m rather rambunctious when the motor runs, so it’s best to transport me in a carrier..
