TEAM CATTLE DOG!!!
PAISLEY NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!
Name: Paisley Best Guess for Breed: Cattle Dog mix
Best Guess for Age: 1 and a half years old SEX: Female
Approximate Weight: 40-45 lbs
Has Lived With: other dogs
Currently Living at: DC area foster home
Special Considerations: Paisley is a shy girl that would benefit from a 2nd dog to help build her confidence.
Notes from her foster: Paisley has been a very welcome and sweet guest in my home. She and my dog Mason bonded quickly and love to play. Paisley is a champion ball retriever and treasures all her toys, especially chewy bones. She is learning commands quickly, including ‘sit-wait’ for her food and ‘go home’ for her crate. Mostly though she just wants to be with you all the time - she loves a good cuddle and having her ears rubbed. She has been a little nervous at weekend events but is super friendly with everyone she meets in my neighborhood. She will be a fantastic member for any family!!
TEAM CATTLE DOG!! I am such a good looking gal with a great demeanor-there is no way you can pass me up!
I am a very cute 1 and a half year old Cattle Dog mix, weighing in at approximately 40-45 pounds. I was at the shelter through no fault of my own but I am looking for a forever family to give me the love and attention I deserve! Could I be the gal for you?
I am not a puppy but I still have plenty of energy and will need lots of walks and trips to the dog park to stay happy and healthy.
I get along well with other dogs so I would be a great addition to an existing pack -- or I would be happy to soak up all the attention as an only dog!
I am looking forward to attending obedience school to hone in on my doggie manners and impress my new family.
I will a great companion and family member; you won’t regret opening your heart and home to me!!
I will need a bit of crate training and a refresher on leash training but I know my forever home will help me out with that!
The adoption fee for Paisley is $350, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. If you are interested in adopting, please download our Adoption Questionnaire and email it to Angela Williams at angelaw@luckydoganimalrescue.org!
