Are you looking for someone who is always up for a cuddle and a kiss? Well, I’m your man. I’ve been on the planet for a while, so I’ve slowed some and I’m not doing stairs anymore, but I still have a lot of love to give. When I meet new dogs and people—large and small-- I’m all in; it’s love at first sniff. An excellent day for me is one during which I can lounge in the sun or in my bed, chow down (in fact, I could stand to lose a few), and give out kisses to my heart’s content. I was recently diagnosed with and am being treated for Cushings Disease, which contributes to the weight issue. I’m told that with proper treatment, Cushings is entirely manageable. I’m not super thrilled to be left alone, and I will let you know, on occasion, with a cry. During walks I often take a break to roll in the grass, legs all akimbo. I use a wee-wee pad; sometimes my aim is off a bit, but I do try. My foster family says I’m “the sweetest dog ever.” Oh, and I’m soft…oh so soft.
