1/7/2020: Pemberton has been with for us about 2 months now. He has adjusted very well and is very good with our dog- even to the point of teaching him how to play!

He is very friendly and likes to meet new people (it's someone new to pet him)!  We brought Pemberton to a Christmas celebration and he was great with kids as young as six. He is a gentle giant. Pemberton is finally eating only dog food- yay! He came to us very spoiled and would only eat people food.

Pemberton loves to be outside and romping in the snow. He is always on the lookout for those pesky rabbits. He loves watching the world go by, whether he is looking out the window or sitting in the front yard.

Pemberton loves his people and is always looking for a nuzzle or a lap to lay on.

11/18/19: Pemberton is adjusting well after a week with us. He still looks for his first family and is slowly getting used to dog food, though, we have been putting a few scraps of people food in the dish to get him to eat.

Pemberton walks well...after he gets over the excitement of going for a walk. He loves being close to his person. He does great all day while we are at work, but likes to play once we are home! After all the play, he is okay to snuggle on your lap or on his dog bed. He knows his commands (when he chooses to listen).

Pemberton gets along well with our dog...except when we are paying too much attention to our dog and not him. He will put his nose in between us!
