CIRCIE NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name:   Circie       Best Guess for Breed:   Shepherd/Boxer Mix    

Best Guess for Age:  2 years as of 12/2019      SEX:  female

Approximate Weight:  65 lbs as of 12/2019

Gets Along With:  other dog 

Special Considerations:  Because Circie is a shy girl, she MUST go to a home with a resident dog to show her the ropes.  She would also do best in a home with kids over 12.

Currently Living at:  DC area foster home.

Circie is Looking For:   A family to take her on long walks, introduce her to new friends, and help her build confidence in her new home! Circie was the mom to a litter of puppies that came up in October and have all been adopted -- now it's her turn! She is a bit shy and would benefit from training and socialization with other pups! She may be out of the crazy puppy stages but still needs plenty of exercise and can't wait to curl up with you after a long day at work! 

What My Foster Says About Me: Circie  is even more beautiful in person than in her pictures!  Circie  LOVES to play fetch and is amazing at it! Her energy level so far has been medium. She likes to run and fetch but most of the time is happy relaxing next to me or following us around the house. She likes to stay close to her people. So far, I haven’t heard her bark.  Circie  does not jump on us even when excited, although she does give me a very warm greeting with tail wags and smiles!  Circie  also gets along with my 2 dogs. She hasn’t shown interest in chewing things that aren’t hers.  Circie  sleeps in her crate in the room with us at night and doesn’t make a peep, although she may whine for a minute when she first goes in.  Circie  is a sweetie and a pleasure to have around!

Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
