Name: Hawkeye Best Guess for Breed: Retriever/Shepherd Mix

Best Guess for Age: 5 years as of 1/29/2020 SEX: Male

Approximate Weight: 80 lbs. as of 1/29/2020

Gets Along With: Other dogs....We can test for cats or kids if you like.

Currently Living at: DC area foster home.

Hawkeye is Looking For: A good life in the States!!! He would love a family to make him their own Bring him to the dog park to play with other dogs, as well as daily walks and hikes. This sweet boy would like obedience training, so he can show you just how smart you are. He's longing for belly rubs and snuggles. What do you say, is he the guy for you?

What My Foster Says About Me:

He is so sweet. He is a big talker and singer (woo-woo). He loves to play with my dogs. He's a great mix of goofball, playful and love-bug, but is chill and doesn't have to be catered to all the time. He's great with other dogs, has been wonderful with kids at events.

He hasn't had any accidents in the house (2.5 weeks today). He is doing well in the crate and is a fast learner with commands: sit, down, off, shake, speak, crate. His leash manners are improving all the time.

We are still loving our guest, Hawkeye! We are good with continuing to have him in our home. I would just like to reiterate what a great dog he is. He's learning fast, doing better on a leash, great with other dogs, has been good with all kids at the adoption events. Hawkeye is a great mix of snugglebug, goofball, and playful. He is a joy to watch playing with our Lucky Dog, LuLu.

Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
