Hershey is a 10 year old, 11 pound male.

From his foster mom:

With my very expressive ears, I sometimes look like a little key deer! And at just 11 pounds, you might call me a pocket pooch. I'm energetic, spry and full of spunk. I'll bark when someone is at the door, but as soon as they enter, I'm all about introducing myself and joining in the party. I'm content in the sanctuary of my bed in a crate, and I like having the freedom to come and go as I please. When the crate door is closed, I get anxious and I'll bark. But with the crate door open, I'll tuck myself in for the night and wait patiently for you to announce breakfast in the morning.

Speaking of food, I'm managing just fine with the six teeth that remain. My previous owner loved me like crazy but wasn't able to take care of my chompers. I had to have many of them removed, but don't feel sorry for me. I have no more pain and much healthier gums! If it's lovin' you're looking for, you've come to the right pup. I'm all about crawling into laps, giving hugs and getting all up in your face. And cuddling with you on the couch is just heaven.

I'm not really into toys, but I love to explore the yard and get my fill of sniffs on walks. After two weeks with my foster family, I decided to entertain the notion of roughhousing just a bit with my canine housemate.

If I'm kept on a schedule, I'm pretty good in the potty department. I had a few accidents when I first arrived, but I'm adjusting to the pace of life in this household and getting with the program. Once you meet me, you will be smitten. I have a way of gazing into your eyes that will make you melt.
