About Bader:
Bader is such a sweet puppy that will capture your heart from the moment she first lays eyes on you! She is a now 6 month old Great Pyrenees mix who is very friendly, and loves to interact with pretty much any dog or person she comes up to! No need to worry about how she’ll act around them as she’ll gladly play with any dog that is willing, and back away from any one that isn’t. In terms of kids, you’ll probably want to be a little more careful with them around her, as she may sometimes be a little nippy in this stage of being a puppy.
As for her personality, she is always very happy to be around you or others! Being a now 6-month-old puppy, she has caught on to potty training quite well. She may have an accident a few times as she gets used to her new environment, but once she adapts, she lets you know when she needs to go out by sitting or standing by a door and whining. She will do best in a home that is willing to spend some time training with her! When it comes time that you have to go out and run errands or go somewhere you can’t necessarily bring a dog with you, she’ll now have no problem going into her crate if you say something like “kennel up” or simply “crate”. Just be sure to give her a treat or something like a bone after to reward her! She is also quite the cuddler as well especially when she’s tired out, so don’t be surprised if she wants to hop up wherever you’re laying and lay by you!
A home that would be most suitable for a sweetheart like Bader is one where she can be free to run around, as she is still a puppy and needs more ways than one to release her energy. She loves long walks as well as plenty of playtime, so the more space she has to run around, the better!
**Foster to Adopt** Bader is listed as foster to adopt because she is not yet spayed. We'd love to get her settled in her new forever home while we wait for her to get into her spay appointment!
Adoption Fee: $550
