Prince Oscar is a 3 year old 12 pound boy.

He came to us after he had back surgery and he did not regain his ability to walk. He needs help going to the bathroom and has his very own cart.

He loves other dogs and all people. He’s very easy to take care of and a very sweet boy! His foster mom says he’s perfect!
