Diego is a sweet, happy and loving male 2 years old 12 pounds.

Yes, we know he’s a shih tzu, he was brought to the shelter to be euthanized because he had lost the ability to use his hind end due to IVDD. We couldn’t let this sweet young boy die in the shelter. He had surgery and is now walking (a little wobbly still) and goes potty on his own.

Diego is good with all other dogs and all people. Because he’s a little wobbly still, a home with toddlers may not be the best fit for him, but he loves kids, so older children are fine.
