I am Looking For: My forever home! Hi- I'm Meadow - a gorgeous kitty looking for a home of my own. I won’t ask for much...just some love, cuddles and a sunny place to nap. And maybe a few toys too!

What My Foster Says About Me: Meadow is such a sweet girl with one of the most gorgeous coats I have ever seen - she is marbled torbie (tortoiseshell tabby), and it's absolutely striking and so unusual!!! Adoption events are not her favorite so is often sitting down so people don't get to see how stunning she really is.  She also has the cutest little white front toes. Meadow is curious and playful, but also likes to check in on her humans and see what they are up to and get some pets while she’s at it (no lap sitting quite yet, but it’s still early). In the morning, she loves to roll around and show her belly for pets. She has a good balance of energy - she sleeps in her bed for the most part during the day while I work from home, and if she does perk up, she’s great about playing independently with her toys. She loves the tower toy that has balls in it that she can bat around! She likes to watch TV with my roommate and me in the evening. Meadow has been pretty low maintenance - she sleeps while I work, she has fabulous hygiene (her coat is SO soft), and I haven’t seen her try to scratch any furniture. She has had wonderful litterbox manners and is so sweet. She is adjusting well to her kitty foster sister, too. :) She likes to chat with me with little meows when she is looking for me. Meadow is on the mend from an upper respiratory infection, but she’s getting better every day - it’s pretty minor at this point. She also had an ear polyp removed last month, and now her head is crooked which may or may not correct with time, but I personally think it adds to her charm. Check me out on Instagram at @luckydogsinloudoun or @dcluckycats!
