Approximate Weight:  6.4 lbs

Coloring: Brown Tabby  Type of Hair: Short

Gets Along With: With proper integration, Loreli should get along with other cats, dogs, and kids. We’re happy to help with tips and tricks!

Currently Living at:  Foster in DC area! 

I am Looking For: My forever home! Hi- I'm Loreli - a gorgeous girl looking for a home of my own. I won’t ask for much...just some love, cuddles and a sunny place to nap. And maybe a few toys too! 

What My Foster Says About Me: Loreli has been amazing so far. She is super affectionate and friendly after she adjusted a bit in my apartment. She ate without much issues outside of wanting me to sit nearby while she ate. Engaged and played with toys and was noticeably cautious not to scratch my hands. Loves to give me headbutts and closely follow me around the room everywhere I walk! She even seems to enjoy belly rubs. Loreli is all around AWESOME! 

What the Shelter Says About Me: Loreli has not had an easy time at the shelter but she has shown us how resilient she can be and has continued to find her place in every situation. (Loreli had some babies, but sadly - not all survived.) Her most recent responsibility was 2 teenagers who claimed her as their own mommy and she took them in like she had always been there! Loreli has a lot of love to give and she is willing to go the extra mile to fit in. Loreli is a little hesitant until she gets to know you; she is not one to initiate closeness right off the bat. Some may read this as a little spicy, (ahem - selective) and Loreli communicates by moving away when she has had enough. Loreli is always pettable though. She just wants you to know she has her own preferences too! Loreli calls it her "self-care" and this lady has earned it!

TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for adult cats will be $200 ($350 for two cats adopted together).
