Special Adoption Considerations:       Puppies under 6 months of age need to have multiple potty breaks/exercise throughout the day. Potential adopters with a standard 8-hour workday must be willing to make arrangements to meet the needs of their puppy.

Crepe is Looking For:   Hiya! I'm Crepe! Me and my littermates, Cheesecake, Cheerio, Clafoutis and Canele, have loved our time in the puppy pile, but we are each ready to pack our bags and find our very own forever home! I'm looking for a home that will let me play with toys and get my puppy zoomies out and give me snuggles in between playtimes. When I'm a little older, I can't wait to explore my new neighborhood on lots of walks, and I'd really like to make a bunch of doggie friends along the way. Oh, and I should probably take a puppy obedience class or two so I can show you how smart I am. What do you say? Do you have room in your heart for me?

What My Foster Says About Me: Crepe is adjusting well in foster! She spent her first few nights sleeping like a champ and has gone potty as soon as we let her out in the backyard, every time! She also potties on walks. When napping she prefers to stick her head in a nook, like your neck or armpit and then she will make quiet little groans if you have the audacity to shift your body weight. She's very cuddly and affectionate.

She warms up to people quickly. I had her for less than a day and then she was stuck to my side. After our morning walks she sleeps next to my desk and lets me work. Mid-day we go out to the yard for a break and then she lets me work again. She's currently living with my dog and although I'm sure Crepe would love my prickly dog to play and engage with her, Crepe gives her space. Same with my in-law's shy little dog who is currently visiting - Crepe seems to know not to be rambunctious with her.

Puppy Vetting Requirements:        Lucky Puppies have had their age appropriate vaccines, but may not yet be “fully” vaccinated. It is the adopter’s responsibility to ensure that the remaining puppy vaccines are given at the appropriate time. Please also keep in mind that, until your puppy is fully vaccinated, they are at greater risk for illness than an adult dog.

Due to this puppy’s young age, she/he has not yet been spayed or neutered.  As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that this is done no later than June 9, 2024. There are NO EXCEPTIONS and NO EXTENSIONS to this date. A non-refundable spay/neuter deposit will be collected if you would like Lucky Dog to pay for this animal to be spayed/neutered at one of our low cost partner vets.

Your new puppy will need to work on their house training and will also need to go to obedience school so they can grow into a well-socialized dog!

TO ADOPT:       The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting and transport from the shelter.
