Approximate Weight: 44 lbs

Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen Huckleberry with kids but he can be tested. We think Huckleberry would do best in a home without cats.

Currently Living at: DC area foster home

Huckleberry is Looking For:   A family to provide long walks and daily adventures, cuddles on the couch, and someone else also looking for a companion! This dashing male dog is not just a bundle of fur; he's a true delight waiting to bring joy to your home. What My Foster Says About Me: Huckleberry is a sweetie! He is very good natured. Loves dogs and people. He’s doing well in his crate over night and hasn’t had any accidents in the house. He’s still got the puppy playfulness and does need some work on manners and on walking on leash but he’s a quick learner and eager to please. After just 2 days, I can see improvement! He can be a little mouthy when excited but I think that is due to puppy behavior and we can work on that too! He’s an all around great dog!

Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
