Come meet Aslan and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (March 3rd) from 12-3 pm at the PETSMART in ALEXANDRIA (3351 Richmond Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22305)!

Name:    Aslan          Best Guess for Breed:  Australian shepherd, Cardigan Welsh Corgi, maybe other shepherd mix?   

Best Guess for Age:    6 months as of February 2024         SEX:  Male

Estimated Weight (puppies' weights change quickly!):   23.4 lbs as of 2/26/24

Gets Along With:   Most puppies are in the prime of their socialization window and will do well with other dogs, cats and kids so long as they receive patience and proper training.

Currently Living at: Shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get his freedom ride here on Saturday 3/2!

Aslan is Looking For:    His forever home! Aslan says he hasn't seen nearly enough of the world yet and he's eager to have his own humans to explore it with. Long sniffy walks, romps in parks, and all the adventures they can dream up - yes, please! He'd love to make pup and people pals along the way. Dog school is on his wish list as well, so he can show how super smart he is. 

Most of all, though, he wants to know where he belongs and that he's safe and loved for all his days. In exchange, he promises loyal companionship. What do you say? Does he get to go through life by your side?
