Come meet Harmony and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (April 14th) from 12-3 pm at the Petsmart in Kensington (5154 Nicholson Ln, Kensington, MD 20895)!

Name:  Harmony         Best Guess for Breed: Shepherd and collie mix

Best Guess for Age:  11 months as of March 2024       SEX:   Female

Approximate Weight:  20 lbs as of 3/22/24; she likely has just a little bit more to grow

Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen her with kids or cats but she can be tested

Currently Living at:   DC area foster home.

Harmony is Looking For:   Her forever home! This young girl hasn't seen nearly enough of the world yet and is eager to explore it alongside her own humans. Shelter staff say she's a happy girl, not shy at all - she would love to make lots of pup and people pals along the way! And to go to obedience school so she can show how super smart she is. 

Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are on her wish list as well but you know what she wants most of all? To know where she belongs, to be safe and loved. In exchange, she promises all the adoring gazes, happy tail wags, and loyal companionship in her little body (which is perfect for snuggling, btw).

What My Foster Says About Me:  Harmony is a sweet girl with puppy/young dog energy and a soft/fluffy coat. She's making progress with both leash and crate training! She's very food motivated - we are working on "stay" now. She may have gotten some passive training at the shelter because when we bring out treats she immediately sits, runs to the crate, or some combination of both.

Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
