Best Guess for Age: 1 year as of March 2024        SEX:    Female
 

Approximate Weight:  35 lbs

Gets Along With:  Other dogs and kids! We haven't seen her with cats but she can be tested

Currently Living at:   DC area foster

Kandee is Looking For:   Her forever home! Kandee is eager to have her own humans to burn off all that awesome young-dog energy with - romps in the park, hikes and beach trips and all those adventures! Long walks and yard time alone won't cut it. She's also looking for a family because she's got quite a stockpile of adoring gazes and tail wags and snuggles to give in exchange for knowing she's safe and loved and under her own roof.

What My Foster Says About Me:  Kandee is so so sweet!! She is great with kids and other dogs! She loves to give tiny little kisses too. She loves to play with other dogs but she also does great with taking cues from older dogs! She is really good about taking hints if my older dog doesn't want to play and Kandee will leave her alone. She is not aggressive at all. She can stay in a big crate all night or would love to sleep in bed with you! She is such a great dog and her forever family will be so lucky! 

Foster update 7/1: "Kandee is such a sweet dog. She has a kind, loving soul! She just wants to be with her humans and if she were to get a sister or brother dog, she would love it! She gets along great with other dogs. She is very chill (no pulling crazy or barking) when she sees other dogs on walks but would love to say hi. She would really love a dog park or doggie daycare because she loves to play.  She is not aggressive and takes cues from other dogs when they don't want to play. She is in a foster home now with a dog and 3 children. Kandee is great with the kids."

Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
