Harlow is a 9-10 year old sweet wire hair boy.  He weights 15 pounds.

He loves to be with people and he loves snacks.
He has a cataract in one eye and has limited sight in that eye, if any.
He’s good with other dogs, but not a fan of playful younger dogs. He’s past his playing days.
He would love a quieter home. He would be fine with older children, but younger children might be too much for him.
He’s a great dog who can’t wait to have a home of his very own.
