From the foster: Miranda has extreme hearing loss and is a very special girl!  She is incredibly loyal to her people.  She meets strangers well if they are dog-savvy and approach her properly.  She needs a strong, very experienced owner to continue working with her. 

Although she is not able to hear well, she knows many hand signals.  She walks very well on a leash.  She "listens" most of the time, but like some dogs "listens" best when she wants to.  She LOVES to be with her people, but she doesn't like to share her people, treats, or toys.  She is very vocal and very expressive. 

Miranda is really seeking a forever home with someone who will keep her safe and give her the love and further training she needs.  She will reward you with being your best friend forever.
