Abe

Meet Abe, an obese male Doxie rescued from a local shelter. This 8-year-old boy is down to 24 lbs, and hopes to lose about 10 more. He was grossly overfed, and we all know that Doxies will eat as much as you give them.  Abe is timid at first, but warms up to people once he realizes they won’t hurt him; once he trusts you he is a sweetheart.  His foster mom describes him as a "valentine's treat".   Abe is housebroken, know basic commands, is good with other dogs and not only talks but sings!
