Meet Jewels, a 6-year-old female longhaired Dachshund-mix rescued from a local shelter after she was surrendered by her former owner. She is a tiny little thing, weighing just 10 lbs, whose tail never stops wagging. Her foster Mom reports she is a pleasure to have around; she's very calm, not a barker, gets along well with other dogs, and is just happy to be with humans.  Her foster Mom describes her as "a great little dog".
