Bridget is completely awesome. She’s loving, cuddly, and sweet! She loves kids and is a the best sidekick in the world. She adores curling up with you in bed, but when we leave, she does suffer from separation anxiety. She can’t be crated, due to severe anxiety, but has done fairly well alone in the house for short periods of time. We’ve been working hard with her, leaving her for an hour or two and reinforcing her good behavior, and it has much improved. She is also dog reactive.  She may do fine with a dog friend after very slow introductions and time but it would be on an individual basi.s
 

We feel the best environment for Bridget would be to be the only dog in the house, have an owner(s) who work from home, a fenced in yard, and someone patient and loving who is willing to take the time she needs to get her comfy in her new home. We can’t stress enough how wonderful she is, even with her issues! This dog is amazing! So loyal and wonderful. She’s a gem, and with the perfect forever home, will be the best companion ever.
