Meet Avery, a 5-year-old female Doxie mix weighing 15 lbs rescued from a local shelter.

She takes a moment to warm up to new people, but loves to play as soon as she gets to know you.  Avery loves to snuggle and go for walks.

Avery is not a fan of cats so her forever home will have no felines.
